Use the Aniva MCP connector to access your health data directly in the Claude desktop app or Claude.ai. Ask questions about your biomarkers, biological age, and personalized health insights.
With the Aniva connector, you can ask Claude about:
Biomarker Results — "What are my vitamin D levels?" or "Which markers are outside range?"
Biological Age — "What is my biological age compared to my actual age?"
Health Trends — "How have my cholesterol levels changed over time?"
Action Plans — "Summarize my health recommendations"
Profile Information — "What health data do you have for me?"
Claude Desktop for macOS or Windows — download at claude.ai/download.
Or: Claude.ai on the web (any plan that supports Connectors).
Note: The Claude mobile app (iOS / Android) does not support custom MCP connectors.
Go to Settings → Connectors in Claude.ai.
Click Add Connector.
Enter the MCP Server URL: https://aniva.health/mcp.
Click Connect and sign in with your Aniva account.
Click the + button in the chat input and choose Connectors.
Click Manage Connectors → Add custom connector.
Enter the URL: https://aniva.health/mcp.
Click Connect and sign in with your Aniva account (OAuth).
Go to Claude → Settings → Developer → Edit Config to open claude_desktop_config.json. Add:

Not supported. The Claude mobile app does not support adding custom MCP connectors. Use Claude.ai on web or Claude Desktop instead.

Read-only access — Claude can only view your data, never modify it.
You control access — Disconnect anytime from Settings → Connectors.
Encrypted — All data transmitted over HTTPS.
Approval prompts — Claude asks for confirmation before each tool call.
Hammer icon not appearing (Desktop) → Fully quit Claude Desktop (don’t just close the window) and reopen it.
Authentication required → Disconnect and reconnect the Aniva connector in Settings → Connectors.
No data showing → Ensure you have lab results uploaded or testing completed through Aniva.
