Part 1 of 8 · you are on the overview page
Welcome on board! This page covers the essentials for launching Aniva blood tests in your pharmacy – how it works, what you get from us, and what your first steps are. If you lose your way along the track, you can always come back here.
If you've just unpacked the starter kit, this is all you need for the next half hour:
Log in to the admin panel with the credentials from the onboarding email. The admin panel is your workspace – everything happens there.
Create a new patient – with date of birth. If you're running the test on yourself, you add yourself as the patient. Your admin account is your login and is never entered as the patient on an appointment.
Choose a panel and create the appointment.
Warm the arm, then disinfect the skin and let it dry for 10 seconds.
Draw with the Tasso – fill to the topmost mark.
Invert the tube ten times, top to bottom and back – do not shake.
In the admin panel, enter the barcode and confirm the blood draw – we take care of the pickup.
Tube into the sample bag, bag into the shipping pouch, pull off the red strip and seal it.
A note on the “App” button in the top right (next to “Sign out”): it leads to the customer app, the view built for end customers – and signing up there starts the end-customer onboarding. For everything the pharmacy does, stay in the admin panel.
What's in the starter kit? – every item in the box and what it's for.
How to draw blood with the Tasso – all the steps, the video and the route through the admin panel.
Your first test – step by step – the workflow from the consultation to the report.
FAQ: The most common questions on your first test – where to find the results, barely any blood, which tube, invert or shake.
How does the trial phase work? – try the test on yourself first.
How do I navigate the admin panel? – create appointments, enter barcodes, find results, reorder material.
Billing: when and how we invoice – once a month, in arrears.
You advise your customer and take the blood sample – Aniva invisibly handles the lab, the doctor-reviewed report and shipping. It's sold under your brand, the customer stays your customer, and you can keep advising them in your pharmacy.
Test set & materials – everything for the sample collection, reorder anytime.
Accredited lab & shipping – analysis and sample transport run entirely through us.
Result comes to the pharmacy – the pharmacy retains the customer.
Material for the shop floor – compliant flyers and display stands.
Team training – so your team advises on and takes the test with confidence, especially for venous blood.
No device purchase
No setup or base fee
No minimum turnover
You only pay per individual test
The Tasso devices and the shipping material are included in the purchase price – nothing comes on top
You buy the test at a fixed price and sell it at the recommended retail price – the spread stays with you. The goal of our tests is simple: they are a solid basis with a low entry barrier for the customer, and the basis for advising your customers further.
You get the detailed price list from us; you can also see the recommended retail prices any time in the admin panel.
You start today with capillary collection via the Tasso – no mandatory training, no remodelling. On-site venous collection has been permitted after physician-led training since the pharmacy reform (ApoVWG, in force since 2 July 2026) and comes as a potential expansion stage, once the regulations are clear.
Admin – You've received our onboarding email with your login details, so you can log in now.
Check materials – your starter kit has arrived and is ready to use.
Run the first test – the full workflow is in the article “Your first test – step by step”.
Go live – actively advise, place the flyers, start selling.
For any questions – and every reorder – use the chat in the admin panel: click the chat icon in the bottom right and we're there for you. More info at apotheken.anivahealth.com.
