This is what the email (appointment confirmation) looks like for you:

In the Aniva dashboard you can see the required tubes for each customer
Prepare the matching tubes before the customer arrives
Choose any label sheet
Please give the customer a glass of water when they arrive
The goal is almost no waiting time: ideally, customers should go straight to the blood draw room or start the draw within 5 minutes
Example label sheet:

Serum
EDTA
Glucose
Other tubes
All samples can be stored at room temperature until pickup.
Serum
Let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes (to clot)
Centrifuge at 3,000 × g for 10 minutes
No pipetting off needed (separation gel present)
EDTA
Mix the sample by gently swirling
Glucose
Centrifuge at 3,000 × g for 10 minutes
Snacks: Stick on the Aniva patch and give the customer their “healthy snack” after the blood draw.
The tubes must be labeled directly after the blood draw.
It doesn’t matter which label you use (ignore EDTA/serum labeling).
What’s important is that the first 10 digits of the number are identical for each customer.
Labeling: The barcode must be placed in the middle of the tube. Only 1 barcode per tube. Barcodes that are stuck too high, too low, or crooked can’t be processed automatically.

The “OK”: As soon as all tubes are labeled, enter the number in the dashboard and give the OK, confirming that the blood draw was successful.
Centrifuging: Set down the tubes, centrifuge and, if needed, pipette off (see here).
Packaging: Place the samples in the plastic bag with the absorbent pad and seal it carefully.
Then put the plastic bag into the shipping envelope and seal it.
Shipping: The driver will arrive from 30 minutes after the last blood draw within a 2-hour time window. The driver brings the return label.
Please, as soon as the samples have been picked up or at the latest at the end of the day, quickly confirm in the Admin dashboard that the driver was there and picked up all samples. If we haven’t received confirmation by 6 pm, we assume that no samples were picked up and would ask you to store the samples cool and protected from light so that we can pick them up the following day and send them to the lab as quickly as possible.
We transfer the agreed compensation automatically every month
Payout is made via the bank details stored in the dashboard
If you have any questions about billing, you can contact Aniva directly via the dashboard (open the Support chat through the bubble on the bottom right)
