Here's how a CheckUp runs in your pharmacy – from the first conversation with the customer to the finished report. Five steps, plus the most common questions for getting started.
The customer comes in with a concern – fatigue, heart, vitamin status, thyroid. Together you pick the right panel from the price card: an affordable quick check as an entry point, or the large health check as an all-round assessment.
Two ways on site: the classic finger prick, or the Tasso – a small device that draws painlessly from the upper arm. Either takes just a few minutes. If a customer has no time or space is tight, she can also take the Tasso home and collect the sample there.
Which tube? There are two: the purple EDTA tube only for HbA1c (long-term blood sugar), and the yellow serum tube for everything else.

Put the samples into the sample bag (several can go in together) and place the sample bag into the shipping pouch before pickup. Aniva handles shipping to the accredited lab. Store the sample in a cool place until it is picked up. There's nothing more you need to do. If the blood test results are confirmed no later than about 2 hours before closing time, we will definitely pick up the sample on the same day—otherwise, if necessary, the next day. In any case, the sample will be picked up within 24 hours.
The lab runs the analysis, a doctor reviews the report including critical values, and it's produced branded to your pharmacy. The report is usually ready within 48–72 hours after the sample is collected. You'll find the finished result online in the admin panel.
People who come in for a blood test often buy micronutrients or a consultation on top. A follow-up check after about six months turns the one-off purchase into recurring revenue and ties the customer to your pharmacy.
What if a value is abnormal?
The report is doctor-reviewed and critical values are flagged. The customer takes it to her doctor – so you become a referrer, not a competitor to the physicians.

How long does the result take?

What does the test cost me?
You pay the fixed price (see price card) and sell at the recommended price – the difference is your margin. You only pay per test; there's no base fee.
