How does the trial phase work?

Many pharmacies want to try the blood test on themselves first, before actively offering it. That's often the right first step – it's how you get to know the full workflow and see how the result reaches your customer.

Same workflow as for customers

The trial runs exactly like a real blood test: choose the test, warm the arm, take the blood with the Tasso, confirm the draw in the admin panel, the sample is picked up, results appear in the admin panel. Add yourself as a new patient

You do this in the admin panel as usual, logged in with the credentials from the onboarding email. The only new thing is the patient on the appointment: enter yourself (or a team member) with name and date of birth as a new patient – exactly as you'll later do for real customers.

The admin account itself does not belong in the patient field. It's the login you use to create appointments and view results – not a patient. So when you create an appointment, don't select it as the patient; create a new person instead.

And one note, because it has happened: the “App” button in the top right of the admin panel – next to “Sign out” – leads to the customer app. Signing up there starts the end-customer onboarding and is not the route to a trial run. For the trial you stay in the admin panel and create an appointment there.

In short

1. Log in to the admin panel and add yourself there as a new patient – with date of birth.

2. Choose a panel, warm the arm and take the sample with the Tasso.

3. Confirm the blood draw in the admin panel – we take care of the pickup.

4. You get your report – exactly how your customer will see it later.
