How does the trial phase work?

Many pharmacies want to try the CheckUp on themselves first, before actively offering it. That's absolutely encouraged – it's how you get to know the full workflow and see how the result reaches your customer.

Same workflow as for customers

The trial runs exactly like a real CheckUp: choose the test, take the blood (finger prick or Tasso), send in the sample, receive your results. You'll find the full workflow in the article “Your first test – step by step”.

The only difference: add yourself as a customer

For a report to be created, add yourself (or a team member) as a customer in the admin panel once – just as you'll later do for real customers. Then simply run through the normal process for yourself.

In short

1. Add yourself as a customer in the admin panel.

2. Choose a test and take the sample (finger prick or Tasso).

3. Send in the sample – Aniva handles shipping.

4. Get your report – exactly how your customer will see it later.
